Sedona is an amazing town with an incredible community. The people are friendly and enthusiastic. Much of Sedona is protected forest service land. Therefore, development is restricted, keeping our town fairly small and very beautiful.
Of course our red rock views are one of the biggest draws to the area, but the town has much more to offer. We have several state parks within the town- all with uniquely gorgeous views. The Oak Creek meanders throughout town and properties with backyard waterfront can be purchased at a premium.
Sedona’s weather and location are also fantastic. Our high temperature in the summer is 100-105 degrees fahrenheit during the day and the low in the winter is typically 20-30 degrees fahrenheit at night. Just 45 minutes to Flagstaff for skiing or a summer getaway and 2 hours to the Grand Canyon.
Sedona has great restaurants and even better hiking and mountain biking. In fact, we have over 120 official hiking trails in Sedona, alone.
